This kit is to fit the following, all 800cc CANAM ATVS/SXS (Gen 1 OR 2) PAY ATTENTION TO YEAR OPTION.
FOR 2013-2015 800CC ATV A G2 CENTER CASE GASKET, OIL COOLER AND OIL COOLER GASKET WILL BE SENT. ONLY THESE 3 YEARS OF 800 HAVE A G2 ENGINE CASE. THIS IS ALSO WHAT WILL BE SENT FOR ALL 800CC COMMANDERS AS THEY HAVE A G2 ENGINE CASE ALSO. THE DEFENDERS, MAV SPORT AND TRAILS WILL GET THE CORRECT CRANK AND GASKETS.
Kit includes
Case gasket kit (pto, mag, center)
800cc cylinders, pistons, rings, wrist pins and circlips with head and base gaskets.
800cc complete crankshaft
Valve cover gaskets
Oil filter
1 set of case main bearings (4 halves)
1 set pto bearings (2 halves)
1 mechanical/rotary water pump seal with oil seal
1 oil pump
1 set intake gaskets (2 for ATVS and og mavs and commanders)
2 timing chains
3 engine oils seals( front and Rear thru shaft oil seals and pto cover seal) only 3 in a vtwin.
8 valve seals (must specify model or standard atv seals will be sent) maverick heads have different seals.
6 upgraded cam gear bolts (stock bolts are junk) FOR 3 BOLT CAM GEARS NOT SINGLE.
1 water pump cover gasket
2 thru shaft bearings (shaft that runs through the bottom of the engine. Each carrier has 1 bearing.
2 exhaust gaskets (for head exhaust ports)
2 water neck gaskets
2 timing chain tensioners
2 engine motor mounts.
*SXS/13-15 ATVS WILL GET OIL COOLER, GASKET AND G2 ENGINE CASE CENTER GASKET*
