In regards to shipping please note. The website may calculate shipping terms with multiple couriers. This does not insure we will ship via that courier. We will use the courier that is most cost and delivery time efficient for all parties involved. Please notify us if you need a specific courier. *Additional charges may apply* We ship using various carriers including USPS, UPS, FED EX, and DHL. All packages are shipped without insurance (unless its already included in shipping costs) UNLESS customer notes to add insurance for X value. (insurance costs falls on the customer). Once we ship and the product leaves our facility there is nothing we can do to change or modify shipping. Including but not limited to insurance, delivery dates, delivery exceptions, address changes and so on. We can only see the same tracking info you see. We do not have access to a higher tier of tracking views such as the courier will have. If your package is lost or stolen you will need to file a claim with the courier. We can try to assist but there will be only so much we can do. Upon request we will provide as much info as we can get in regards to lost or misplaced shipments. Shipping labels are generated solely based off the info the customer leaves when checking out. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the correct info is entered. Any incorrect info that deems incorrect shipping will be the responsibility of the customer as well as any fees or reshipments charges in regards to an order.
IN REGARDS TO DAMAGED PRODUCTS DURING SHIPPING. YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITH PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND DAMAGED PACKAGING WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE DELIVERED PRODUCT. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIRS OR PURCHASING A REPLACEMENT.
INTERNATIONAL ITEMS ESPECIALLY LARGE ITEMS YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK TO SEE IF WE CAN EVEN SHIP {PRIOR} TO ORDERING OR IT WILL BE SUBJECT TOTHE 3% PROCESSING FEE UPON REFUND/CANCELLATION.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THAT ARE SUBJECT TO DUTY FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECEIVER. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING WE COLLECT PRIOR TO SHIPPING NOR DO WE HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER DUTY FEES.
