DEFENDER/MAV SPORT/TRAIL/G2 COMMANDER ENGINES NEEDING OEM CRANK WILL BE USED OEM CRANKS MEETING BRP SPEC UNLESS YOU CHOOSE AFTERMARKET. GEN 2 COMMANDER DID NOT START UNTIL 2021. 

CORE INFO >> If you do not have a good rebuildable core (cases must be good). What we send you in your build is what needs to be sent back with your core minus a bad crank. IF YOU PURCHASE AN ENGINE BUILD YOU MUST ALSO SELECT A G1 OR G2 CORE FEE AND ADD IT TO THE CART UNLESS YOU WANT TO SEND YOUR ENGINE FIRST THEN YOU CAN JUST EMAIL OR CLICK MESSAGE US BELOW!<< All of my cases are bead or soda blasted. All of our engines include new, cranks, rods, pistons, cylinders, chains, oil pump, oil cooler-(except g1), main bearings, pto bearing, oil seals, heads-(ONLY R ENGINES), mechanical water pump seal, oil seals, gaskets. Depending on the build request some parts are oem some are not. Cranks will be oem new or used meeting spec or aftermarket. These also come with the flywheel, stator and cover.. Put your sensors, plugs, mounts etc on from your core, install, fill with oil and roll. POWER GAINS > That is not a simple answer. It varies on supporting mods, clutching, compression, fuel and tuning. SOME engines we keep in stock but most are built to order. If we don't have what you need built we can build within a couple days we normally keep most all parts in Stock. All builds will come with stock for whatever base model cams of the engine you have selected but can add anyone's cams or heads for whatever their retail cost is just add them to the cart. Any build over stock will require tuning. Anything below a 800cc we do not build with we just turn them all into at least 800's due to cost plus it's more power for you..

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE TIME UPS DELIVERS YOUR ENGINE TO GET YOUR CORE AND OUR CRATE BACK IN TRANSIT TO US.  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR CORE FEE.  WE'D MUCH RATHER HAVE THE CORE BACK THAN THE FEE AS THEY'RE VITAL TO OUR OPERATION.  CORE RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.  CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES WE CAN HELP YOU WITH YOUR RETURN. YOU CAN REIMBURSE US FOR A RETURN LABEL AS WE HAVE A CORPORATE ACCOUNT AND GET GOOD RATES.  IN ORDER TO DO THIS WE NEED AN EXACT WEIGHT OF THE PACKAGE AND THE ADDRESS OF THE UPS LOCATION YOU PLAN TO DROP IT OFF AT.

PLEASE PUT YOUR YEAR MAKE AND MODEL MACHINE IN THE ADDITIONAL NOTES BOX AS WELL AS IF YOU ARE NATURALLY ASPIRATED OR RUNNING TURBO/NITROUS. WHAT FUEL YOU PLAN TO RUN.  ALSO IF YOU HAVE A COMPRESSION RATIO YOU ARE TRYING TO ACHIEVE PLEASE PUT THAT AS WELL. IF ATV WE NEED TO KNOW IF IT HAS POWER STEERING.

REMEMBER IF YOUR MACHINE DOES NOT HAVE MAVERICK HEADS OR A PARTICULAR CAM IN YOUR BASE BUILD (WHAT YOU HAVE NOW AND WILL BE SENDING BACK TO US) THEN YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THEM TO THE CART FOR THIS BUILD.
