The KWI Fusion H2 System Bundle is the most complete, most capable CVT upgrade available for the Kawasaki H2 platform. This fully integrated system combines the Fusion H2 Primary Clutch, Fusion H2 Floating Secondary Clutch, DR3 Groovix Helix, Kwik Change Belt Tool, Quick Release Helix Cover, and your choice of belt — engineered from the ground up as one optimized package, not a collection of mismatched parts.

The Kawasaki H2 factory clutch system was never designed for the demands serious riders put on it. Belt heat builds fast and stays high. Backshifting is sluggish and inconsistent. The fixed secondary hub creates side-load under torque, accelerating belt wear and robbing efficiency. RPM control is unpredictable across elevation and terrain changes. And tuning flexibility? Nearly nonexistent from the factory. The Fusion H2 System was built specifically to solve every one of these problems — not work around them.

At the core of the primary is KWI's fully billet, CNC-machined construction using aerospace-grade materials. The Fusion H2 Primary delivers precise, repeatable engagement with adjustable weights and a precision-tuned spring that gives riders real tuning control across the full RPM range. Whether you're dialing in for sea-level desert racing or high-elevation trail riding, the primary gives you a platform you can actually tune — not just hope it works.

The Fusion H2 Floating Secondary is where the system truly separates itself. KWI's floating hub design allows the clutch to self-align under load, eliminating the misalignment that plagues fixed secondary systems. The result is cleaner belt contact, dramatically reduced side-load and friction, lower operating temperatures, and belt life that far exceeds what the factory system can deliver. Paired with the DR3 Groovix Helix, you gain aggressive backshifting, superior belt grip, and active airflow cooling that draws heat out of the clutch under load — keeping temperatures down even in the most punishing conditions.

One of the most powerful and underappreciated features of this system is adjustable final drive ratio through belt selection — no gearbox changes required. The Gates KRX 47R4738 Belt provides approximately 5% gear reduction, ideal for riders prioritizing top-end speed, dunes, and desert. The OEM Pro R Belt delivers approximately 15% gear reduction, giving you the crawling torque and control needed for rocks, mud, and technical terrain. Swap belts and you've effectively retuned your machine for an entirely different riding environment.
