How does the Gorilla Warranty Work?

All Gorilla Axles come with a standard two year warranty and then lifetime rebuild. Meaning for 2 years we will warranty your axle and then after that it will be under the lifetime rebuild program where you can mail axle(s) to us for repair or we can mail parts to you to fix them anytime needed! We only charge for parts no labor charges for our Gorilla Axles. We also offer a Lifetime Warranty option for $100 more per axle and we will cover it for life! Both warranties include all metal components with no restrictions on the amount of times the axle might break or have issue. Boots are not covered under either warranty.

• All Gorilla Axle's metal components (cvj housings cages races and bars) are made of American Made ultra strong 4340 Chromoly Steel or 300M Alloy Steel which is machined to a precise fit for your Atv/Utv or SXS...making Gorilla Axles over two to three times stronger than OEM axles or other Chinese made replacement axles.
• All components (the entire assembly) are heat treated and cryogenically treated (dual-heat) to ensure ultimate strength in vulnerable areas.
• Oversized CV Joint Housings offer increased strength and durability. They allow up to 40° of articulation. DOUBLE PLUNGING AND Designed to slide on the bar splines that will provide up to 2.5" of overall travel to work on any terrain. Covered with puncture resistant heavy-duty Neoprene Boots that are durable in high and low temperatures. Then they are filled with Lucas Oil’s Xtra HD High Temp Grease to make sure the axles keep running as smoothly as when they were assembled even in the harshest riding conditions!

What “Level” of Axles are Gorilla Axles?

Gorilla Axle uses 4 different sizes of splined axle shaft bars in our Gorilla Axles. We also offer 4340 chromoly steel and 300M alloy steel in some of our axle components (bars races cages cv joint housings). Before purchasing an axle we will find out your machines make model lift size tire size etc and then carefully choose the best materials available to build your Gorilla Axle. We keep all axle components in stock and then assemble them by hand after ordering. This gives us the best opportunity to customize the strongest available “level” for your particular machine that should not damage or break other components farther up your driveline but also never leave you with a broken axle on the trail job or mud park! We can build axles in any length for any brand of lift or long travel kit.

For Extended Length Axles We will need an overall compressed measurement of your current axle to build your new Gorilla Axle. Many common lifts we have on file (S3 SuperATV Catvos PCF Outkast) If you need help getting measurements text us and we may have them on file or check out the picture or VIDEO HERE for help. If you are not able to get an overall compressed measurement for any reason or still need help just contact us and we can help even if you don’t have a current axle! **Our Stock Length axles normally work for up to 3 to 4" of lift (bracket lifts puck lifts forward a-arms portal gear lifts) You only need to order extended length axles if you have a larger suspension lift (5" or larger) if you are unsure just call/text us for help! Extended length axles are $20 more per axle.

WHEN YOU ORDER BE SURE TO LIST IN NOTES : YEAR Make & Model of RIDE position of axle (Rear right Passenger or Front left drivers side Ranger 6x6 Middle left axle etc.) if they are stock or extended length axles(if extended brand and size of lift/travel kit and overall compressed length needed. Please include any other modifications (a-arms tire size bracket lifts etc.)

2 year warranty then lifetime rebuild.

Axles are normally ready to be shipped next day after ordering!
